Membership Benefits and Terms:

All new Customers will received a $60 coupon towards any membership plan. This makes the Silver membership FREE for the first year. 

Members are our Priority and will be scheduled before other customers. You will go to the front of the line on our Appointment Schedule. During busy periods, plumbing and HVAC companies are often booked out for weeks. Cut the line with a Membership Plan

Get a loyalty discount on any service or installation project. 10% with Gold and Platinum, 5% with Silver Membership.

Your family, friends and neighbors get an automatic 5% discount if you refer them to us. Please ask them to mention this discount and your name during appointment scheduling.

We will extend our labor warranty as long as your Membership is active. For example, if we install a water heater and the water heater breaks after 2 years, we will not charge you for the labor associated with the repair/replacement. Typically, the manufacturer only warranties the equipment but not the repair/replacement labor 

The Fine Print: Applies to any equipment or fixture your purchased from us and we installed. Our labor warranty (typically 1 year) will be extended for the length of the fixture/equipment manufacturer warranty or 3 years, whichever is less. Our labor warranty is secondary to any manufacturer labor warranties.

We will waive our Diagnostic fee when you need Service. A diagnostic fee is typically charged for our technician to driving to your property and evaluate an issue. Members do not pay the diagnostic fee.

We will send a technician to your house to perform annual maintenance on your water heater. 

The fine print: One water heater is covered by your Membership. Our Technician can perform maintenance on additional water heaters during the appointment for a small fee (please contact our office for details). Scheduling available during dedicated windows throughout the year. 

One of our technicians will give your home a thorough plumbing evaluation, including the following:

  • Your water heater and exposed piping is checked for safety, leaks, and corrosion.
  • The plumbing under your home or in your crawlspace will checked for issues.
  • All toilets and faucets are tested. If issues are found we will attempt to make complimentary adjustments.
  • Drains are checked for clogs

The inspection can be performed during the annual water heater flush or HVAC maintenance appointment or following any other paid appointment.

We will send a technician to your house to perform annual HVAC maintenance to ensure smooth and energy efficient operation of your system.

  • This service includes: Performance testing Adjusting settings if needed
  • Cleaning your outside unit
  • Checking your inside unit(s)
  • Topping up refrigerant if needed.
  • Checking exposed heater gas line for leaks.

The Fine Print: One HVAC system is included. Our Technician can perform maintenance on additional HVAC units during the appointment for a small fee (please contact our office for details). Scheduling available during off-season throughout the year, which typically excludes June – August and October – November. Refrigerant top up is not included if low refrigerant levels are likely due to leaks or lack of prior servicing.

If we find clogged or slow-draining sinks during the annual plumbing inspection, we will clear up to 2 drainage issues at no charge.

The fine print: Up to 2 sink drains with clogs less than 5ft from the sink drain hole. 

Burst pipe? Gas Leak? Emergency plumbing service can be expensive. As a Platinum member, you will receive a 25% discount on any emergency service. Our technicians available on short notice 24/7, including after-hours and weekends.

As a Platinum member, you will receive an automatic 20% Discount on HVAC Repair Services that are performed during your annual maintenance appointment. For example, if we find a faulty capacitor during your annual maintenance appointment, we will apply a 20% discount to the repair.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by clicking the cancel button or calling our office. Please note that all Membership benefits (including the extended labor warranty) will stop when you cancel. We also reserve the right to cancel memberships at any time and for any reason. 

Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund in case no membership benefits have been used during the renewal term. Please contact us for refunds as they need to be processed manually. We will provide a full refund for the renewal term in case of cancellation by us.

Loyalty Discount: The membership loyalty discount cannot be combined with any other offer, but as a member you will always get our lowest price. 

Limitation of Liability:

  • CPI Service’s total liability from any membership plan, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, in tort or otherwise shall be limited to greater of the annual price of the membership plan or $1,000.
  • In no event shall CPI Service be liable for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, loss of profits or savings or other incidental, special or consequential damages to the full extent such use may be disclaimed by law.
